Manage and responsible for running day to day tasks ensuring compliance with regulations. Maintaining staff, recruiting, selecting and training new employees. Ensure a safe, secure and legal work environment. Developing personal growth opportunities, planning, monitoring, appraising staff. And maintaining quality service by customer standards. Analysing and resolving problems.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am so grateful for the opportunity of this apprenticeship. It is always helping me to improve the quality of service we provide. Also I love the fact that Paragon and my tutor make sure that we take a part and finish each assignment on time. Love their tools too.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Definitely, thanks to my tutor who has guided me through this journey. I am able to gain new knowledge, new skills required to be manager and leader in care sector. She always encourages me to look for the right resources for my assignments and inspires me to move forward.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Really well organised, however I cannot get used to certain things on BUD. Other than that, I love the programme and assignments.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As I mentioned before, Paragon Skills and my amazing tutor are absolutely amazing. I really cannot say anything bad.

Yes, as a company we are planning open day care events for the clients, which I am hoping will have a success and help more people.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Paragon Skills?
Doing higher level education with everything you might have in your life can be scary, however it is rewarding when you achieve something with right tools and right people helping you to achieve your goals. As managers we need to make sure we have the right knowledge and skills to be great leaders.
