Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Analysing grocery delivery apps and HFSS within these, managing marketing and assets for Virtual Stores on these apps, working alongside ice cream brand teams, the DMC and sales. Interact with internal teams and external clients relating to the grocery apps.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
I enjoy the work, but the apprenticeship is bland, confusing and sometimes feels like you are left to your own devises.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
Developed my personal skills with confidence and presenting which has improved my process of handling issues. Developed my understanding of Digital Marketing in general and within Unilever.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
Okay. Communication is lacking between coaches (especially considering mine left with no notice) and apprentices.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
Enough, could have more support from the wider team to understand that I have to study and re-amend meetings etc.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Some, not much.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It helps some what, it has improved my knowledge and understanding but I am unsure with how to implement it sometimes.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Team away days to go over the business and its objectives. Apprentice drinks.
