I work in a residential care home with a specialised dementia care unit situated within. I am responsible for leading the team and making sure the residents needs and wishes are met in a person centred way. I am responsible for ensuring any residents requiring medical attention get the right help and support.

I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys care, it is poorly paid but for anyone that enjoys care it is very rewarding.
