Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a team leader, my role is to help run the business and ensure shifts run smoothly. This entails opening and closing the business, allocating front of house team members areas to work in and setting a positive example for those team members to follow.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am at the start of my programme but the content so far is interesting and will for sure help me progress within my career.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Having mainly worked in kitchens, a lot of the front of house jobs were new to me. I now know how the ordering process is completed and how a line clean is completed on cask ales.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme has a clear timeline set out of when things should be completed by, which is easy to follow.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager and assistant manager are extremely helpful and are willing to help anytime.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider schedules regular check ins to see my progress and is always a message away.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Being in a new role I know this qualification will help me to perform better as a leader and progress quicker within the company.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I am unsure about this, however, the team I work with are extremely sociable and easy to get along with.

It is a great company to work for with great benefits. I have not been there long myself, however, they are already putting me through this programme and helping me improve my skills to progress in my career.
