I get good support from my team leader and my work colleagues, but I do not hear from the early careers team very often.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get support when doing my own learning with the knowledge questions and job reports, but there is a lack of communication from my training provider and my workplace as they expect me to be able to do my coursework while being busy at work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
