My role involves testing systems on BAE's nuclear submarines.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy going to college one day per week and using the rest of that week to be on the job and learn from experience.

The early careers team have lots of support in place and we have our apprenticeship placements planned out for the next placement.

Quite a lot, but I also like the independence of this type of job.

The support from the college has been okay, but I feel like some of the lecturers are either lacking knowledge or effective communication of that knowledge.

Most of the modules in the course are applicable, but my job is very specific so of course not everything will apply.

Due to the fact that there is endless opportunity within the company for progression, and we are amassive company so there are plenty of different roles for all people.
