Various roles depending on the rotation. Time is split between university study and Savills work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Colleagues are fun. Most of the time, they are away from their desks, however we could have more responsibility. The UCEM degree is enjoyable and compliments overall learning.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, however as rotations are short, there is limited responsibility.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured. Clear path to APC with good mentoring and lots of opportunities to get different competencies.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support is available from a range of sources including team, HR, APC supervisor, councillors and other graduates.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As the degree is entirely online, there is limited opportunity to meet other students or develop relationships with UCEM staff. Support almost entirely comes from other graduates at Savills who are doing the same degree.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

There is often a difference between the best practice and procedures taught with my degree and the actual reality of working in real estate.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are - There are multiple sports teams as well as networking events organised for graduates.
