Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Inbound Team Leader, Lead a team of around 10 individuals on a day-to-day basis, making sure deliveries are unloaded and received, deliveries are audited, and all diversions are done, all dashboards and spreadsheets filled in and completed. I ensure the team are productive and hitting our daily UPH.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I would say that I enjoy the programme I am doing, there is still a lot to do and learn.

I feel that my programme is well structured and very well organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my supplier, if I need time to do my apprenticeship they give it, any other support they also offer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They are there 24/7 if needed, if I send them an email they respond either on the day, or the following day.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

At this present time it has not helped me, due to the fact I already knew a bit before the start of the qualification. I am sure there will be a lot that will help me perform better, we are just quite early on into it.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, I have been playing 5-aside football and also go karting.

Would you recommend Wayfair to a friend?
Yes
Why?
It is good for childcare, and the wage is not terrible either. Wayfair does a lot for the staff, whether it is through bonuses, pod outings, or food trucks. The work- life balance is good too.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Wayfair?
Wayfair is very inclusive and diverse, so do not be afraid to be yourself.
