I am operations manager & running Outbound operation. My role requires to coordinate cooperation between pick, overpack, shipping & running sorter to make sure all customer orders are fulfilled on time
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I'm enjoying a lot. I'm doing level 5, gaining new knowledge which already helps me at work. The course is demanding but worth trying

I have few years warehousing experience which I gained from working on shop floor. Apprenticeship is supposed to fill the wider knowledge gap & I'm already learnt a lot!

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I don't need much support as I'm more self-learning person. Occasionally I'm discussing it with my boss or asking people for feedback when needed

A lot if needed. My trainer is a brill man with great, positive approach & he's always there if needed

I'm half way through & definitely I changed my communication style & doing much more reflection on myself

Wayfair has build many great platforms to interact, train or learn. Never worked before in company offering so much for its employees
