It is a great environment for someone starting off in their career no matter what age, background or area they come from. It is a blue-chip company that values talent and hard work.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Take your time understanding the business unit, product, customer and programme timeline. Talk about all your experiences from weekend jobs to academic performance. Don't worry about saying the right things in the right way, speak openly and be honest about your goals, ambitions, strengths and weaknesses. Enjoy the process!
