I am an Inventory control operations manager, I look after supplier stock availability for sales and investigations and escalations of product discrepancies.

I do enjoy the programme. I do believe it is a great opportunity.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structured, however over the course of the apprenticeship so far I have moved from 3 different coaches with different expectations which makes it difficult to be consistent in delivering my work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer fully supports my development, giving me time to work on my assignments when required.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I do receive support, however it is not very consistent as my trainer has changed three times.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The experience received from the apprenticeship so far has provided me opportunities to complete projects that normally would not be in my scope of work.
