I've loved doing my apprenticeships and currently have 2 more of my team doing one.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, ive learnt lots of new skills from being at chefs academy to now learning how to be a manager and push my team forward.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My apprenticeship is very structured which is good because then i can try to slot that into work the best i can.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive lots of support from my training provider, if im ever unsure about anything then i know i can phone my learning coach and he will get back as soon as he can.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My apprenticeships has taught me alot and has helped me understand alot more about my job, for example the reasons why we have company policies is because there are laws in place to protect us.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, we have a facebook group with the whole team then i have a smaller one with just the kitchen team in. We are also in the process of organising a team night out for christmas.

Why?
I think the apprenticeships are great especially for someone whos learning to be a chef because we offer chefs academy which most company dont even come close.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mitchells and Butlers?
Put in the hard work now because it will all pay off later on and dont give up.
