Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a front of house team member. I give check backs to customers, clear tables and help with any task given including doing toilet checks and polishing cutlery as well as a bit of bar work, serving drinks and putting glasses away
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it a lot although it could be improved by having the correct amount of staff on shift and to have staff meetings for staff to voice any concerns. Another thing is the management should be full time not just when they feel like coming in
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt to communicate more effectively, aswell as learning how food run and expo work. Also I have learnt how to pull the perfect pint, changing a barrel and cleaning the lines

It's an OK system but with major flaws such as never answering the phone, they always say they're busy which is not always the case.

I receive quite a bit but it could be improved a lot more
