I resolve technical issues that occur in the office and also other savills offices in the UK. This involves fixing laptops and PC's.

I have learnt new skills since starting my apprenticeship as this is my first IT job. I have also improved existing skills such as communicating with users.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organised and easy to work through. This is due to interacting with my trainer and how well the website is set up

I receive a lot of support and they make sure I am able to complete all work I need to for my apprenticeship and also advise me when needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive support from my provider and they are always quick to respond when I have questions or submit work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As I have had multiple training days this has helped with resolving issues in the office and understanding fixes I have not come across yet

Yes there is extra curricular activities at work which give you the opportunity to meet people in the company and other apprentices
