Attending/holding meetings and reviews, chasing and monitoring actions, creating monthly metrics, auditing, assurance activities, maintaining quality.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Overall it has been great. The first 3 years or so were not so great, but the last two years have been fab. I am in my exit role now and I love my job.

Somewhat organised. There has been a lot of change to the structure of the apprenticeship scheme over the past few years - not all changes have been communicated effectively. A lot of trial and error.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much or as little as I need - just have to ask for it. It might take a while to get a response, but they always help where they can.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Loads! University of Cumbria have been great! We definitely received more support when we did face-to-face learning.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Yes, there are lots, not always enough so that everyone gets the same opportunities though.

Why?
I feel like over the past few years, the apprenticeship scheme has become about quantity over quality. Too many apprentices being taken on, and not enough support for them.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
You need to stand out.
