The HNC side and some aspects of the placement side are a little chaotic and unorganised, but mostly if you apply yourself then it all falls into place.

If engineering, as broad as it is, fits with you then the apprenticeship is a no brainer. Good wages that go up with experience, good working opportunities, flexible working hours and plentiful support.
