I have multiple rolls at BHX1 PICK ,STOW ,PACK PRBLEM SOLVE , main department I work in now is pack the others I just go when support needed on pack i have to check the items pack them in a correct box and put them on the conveyor .
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy working at Amazon I have opportunity to grow and work in different departments and that's very important to me also the flexibility in shift swaps holydays available to take in minus and flexi hour emergency holiday available 5h per month

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learn new skills in all departments how to work the process and working closely with leads and managers witch has helped me to understand management side of thinks and you cant learn that in different jobs or company's.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

all my plan is on BUD is very organised with due dates so you always know your work that needs to be done, also you have your contacts for you trainers on the same site.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

All the help I need always available from my management HR team , and health and safety team depending on the help I need also I get 8h per week to work on my apprenticeship .
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is really my trainer is really good at her job and she is very supportive even after work hour fast to respond and resolve any problem that I my need solving
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

definitely help me i have learn new skills and how to work with large team of people .

yes it is its called Gemba the one I have done so far its for health and safety I hade a chance to meat all the leads from different departments and give my opinion on how to improve health and safety at BHX1

Why?
Its a company that will never stop growing , as a tear 1 at the start you have opportunity to grow and progress , different programs available all paid by Amazon , lots of benefits , and its very diverts , you have a chance to preform in more then one role so its not repetitive and boring just working one process all day every day , very flexible hour shift swap no other company I worked in have ever offered this .
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Amazon?
As long as you are not afraid of hard work you will love it hear , if you don't lake one department don't mean you not going to love working in another one lots of different departments to work in and different roles .
