For my job role I am required to provide therapeutic parenting for our YP who live in the residential home. My day to day may look like playing / many different activities ,crafts, cooking, cleaning and settling the YP for the evening with their favourite story or audio book.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme, it allows me to gain a deeper understanding of my job role to enable me to progress further.

Throughout starting my job role I have learnt many new skills. I have improved my listening skills and ensure the voice of the child is heard.
