The structure at the work place is very well organised, on a college day it is just something everyone is guessing and trying to figure out what they're meant to do so no structure or organisation.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

Boeing are extremely caring and will help you find the right support, if you are struggling with something, they never like to see you fail.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider doesn't seem to know what we need to learn and do not teach us things which would be considered relevant to the job.
