Manage multiple contractors, overseeing their performance, delivery and health & safety. Forecast delivery for each month. Manage performance calls, discussing performance figures and actions. Manage any day-to-day queries.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the workshops and lecture material. I find the workshops quite long, think i would prefer shorter ones more times a week

The programme is quite organised, you get the teaching schedule in advance, and know when the assignments will be due for in advance. You can see the structure of the programme and how long each component is.

I received full support from my employer, with of the job hours, assignment support and tutor progress review meetings
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I recieve a good amount of support with ACE team, office hour drop in sessions, draft submission feedback

I am early on in my qualification so I have only learnt so far and not had much time to apply this to the role. It has bettered my understanding of how my role contributes to a programme, and how other roles also contribute.
