The actual programme is ok, what is learned is relevant and helpful. It is a lot more self led and research based then i was led to believe. I would definitely prefer a more tutor led style

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

term `1 was ok, i struggled to get into the hang of it. Term 2 was terrible and the tutor left, we had a lot of difficulties. Term 3 has been good so far and the tutor is very engaging and supportive
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i understand the reasons why we do things better now and its broadening the way i think about things and is helping me build better plans and improving how i work

Its about customers first and being professional. there is a lot of change and you have to be adaptable
