I pick and pack items to head down to shipping for the customers orders, I also check virtual to physical inventory to ensure we have the correct items in stock
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's been such a roller coaster working through, if you enjiy them that is, it's been an amazing experience, I can't describe fully to how much fun it has been learning through the coarse, will be sure to recommend to others

I've learned a fair amount during the apprenticeship, also I have advanced previous skills. Especially with how the supply chain works

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It has been well planned and organised throughout the programme, and there wasn't a time that there was anything missing or not changed without sufficient notice.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

From amazon as a company, we get a lot of support, unfortunately some of the managers are not as helpful, although mine have been relatively supportive, some have had issues with managers
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Amazing support throughout the programme with all 3 coaches, this does include my functional skills coach, there hasn't been a time where I couldn't ask a question and get an answer almost instantly, they've been really helpful and couldn't be happier with the experience
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It's allowed me to learn more in depth of what the happens behind the scenes of amazon, helped understand what managers are doing more. And how I can help do my part in creating a better flow of workload and experience for others throughout the working day.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are different events throughout the site that go on, especially events to celebrate different cultures or international days, as for sports teams I havent heard of any yet.

Why?
I feel its a great place to take on new opportunities, and they provide a lot of benefits all theoigh different life matters, families, health care, cycle to work scheme, there are just to many to list
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Amazon?
Listen to the instructors! After being trained and then becoming an instructor myself, it's the best thing you can do, we have the experience! we're not instructors for no reason, we know the easiest way to work which has been standardised throughout amazon
