To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think it is well run, very informative and provide us with a lot of resources. At times I have found it quite full on and hard to manage training with workload.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Lots of new skills, practical such as learning how to use excel and working on presentation skills and communicating with colleagues
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised. Difficult at the start, some training given after we had started on client work. E.g. training on accounting after I had already started accounting work. But the client work picked up varies from person to person so I understand its hard to structure perfectly.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support, regular meetings with manager. Weekly calls to discuss workload.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of support, coach who checks in. Loads of study resources and people to reach out to

I am finding now, after around 6 months in the role, that a lot is coming together that I have learnt in the qualification and that I have been working on
