My role is to care for children and to support the adults I work alongside, to provide love and care with teaching our children life skills.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying this so far. The work I'm doing is showing I know more than I think I do and at the same time has opened my eyes to how the care system works.

I must say my trainer is clear open and honest. If I have needed any help she is always happy to help. If there is something I don't understand she will reword it until I do fully understand.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I am given time within my day to complete work and also given time within my day to take part in sessions.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

we meet once a mth but if I need any help she is always ready to help in any way she can. I can call or email if I need to.

We are one big family that looks after each other. The children we have in our home are some of the most loving caring children I have come across.

If you really want to change a child's life then please join our team. However, we are nothing like Tracy Beaker!!!
