Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is customer service assistant but I now have more responsibilities due to the apprenticeship. I now help with banking, health and safety more and help support the managers more often. My general role is helping customers day to day.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was great the apprenticeship program. It helped me learn more about my company/brand and different career opportunities. As well as the support I received from my coach was amazing she was there to help me at anytime

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I was able to help more about the store and the brand with this apprenticeship. This helped me learn about the four corners we have in the store and I am the only one with all the knowledge of all four.

Really well organised. I knew what I had to do to help me complete my apprenticeship each month

Loads of support she helped me through everything to the very end. With check ins, video chats and emails

Definitely I feel like this apprenticeship has really helped me understand my role and the branch. It has helped me to perform my role better as I have been given opportunities that other employees haven’t got,

Due to covid they weren’t really introduced back in. But you had chance to jump onto different calls to help people from the same brand as me or different one,
