Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Marketing Manager who is responsible for Trade performance across Personal Lines insurance. Also on the Pet insurance leadership team, responsible for setting the strategy for the RSA business for Pet insurance.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I go through peaks and troughs of enjoyment. The subjects are interesting, and some of the training delivery has been good. Some of it less so (1 module in particular was just a person reading from a script)
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Absolutely. However, some modules so far have been more useful than others. It has increased my confidence in my day to day role as well.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

So-so. I find the portal, Canvas, poor. It is less intuitive than it should be, it's inconsistent across modules. However, our latest tutor, Andrea, has been great.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as I need. They have been incredibly supportive.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Again, they are good. And support as much as they can.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As already stated, I do feel like this is improving my performance.

Yes. I am often invited to join industry events to speak about the challenges of marketing and the Cost of Living Crisis.
