My role as an apprentice real estate underwriter is to assess the risk when insuring a property and then factor the risk into the pricing of the insurance premiums

The programme is not very well structured from the professional qualifications view however on the job training has been very thorough and helpful
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has been very supportive from the start and always allow me to speak to them whenever I need help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider have done very little to support us with working towards the qualifications, most study is independent and the tasks the training provider ask us to complete can often get in the way of that.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The CII qualifications we are working towards are very helpful for our roles and the tasks they ask us to complete can often improve our soft skills but many tasks can also be unnecessary
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We often have social events and go out for drinks however I would prefer if there were more opportunities to play sports
