Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role consists in gathering data about tools used in my company. My team is responsible for all the tools and software used throughout the company so I support the team in investigating the tools we use, if they can be reduced or changed.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The program has been great so far, great support from the coach at Multiverse and from my buddy at Centrica. Everyone is available every time I need their help for anything, and everyone is very knowledgeable.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my Excel skills, where I learned i.e. VLookUp. I have learned Power BI and continue to learn about different software and what they do.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I feel the program is very well organised, there are clear deadlines for activities, and the knowledge builds up month after month.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Centrica has been amazing. They give me the time to study and do my apprenticeship assignments freely. They also push me to be better and use my knowledge, old and acquired, every day.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Multiverse has been great. Always there when I need any clarification, help or support. Instructions are clear and there is a lot of support material.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me a lot because I can now create amazing visualisations for the data I gather and know how to share my insights from it.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Why?
Centrica has been amazing. I feel heard and that there's a lot of potential for my career. Every team member has been in the company for over 10 years and had the chance to grow and move throughout the company.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Centrica?
I would say to go for it and just be yourself. My experience has been amazing, I feel supported and that only the sky is the limit.
