Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
There was a thorough daily plan which was really great for the structure of the day. It gave enough times for breaks and still tried to make it interactive.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I found the trainee networking and group networking really insightful, allowing me to crystallise areas that interested me the most.

I have definitely learnt new skills during this program, including:
- communication
- confidence in conversing via an online platform.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone that spoke to us referenced the culture and people as being one of the reasons they have stayed for so long. This is very reassuring and seemed very authentic.
