Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
My role involves the use of company software & learning how to implement them in client projects. Since I've only joined recently, most of my day to day has been training or admin tasks, and learning from my peers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
What I enjoy about the programme is the flexibility and the people I work with. As I've become more proficient in my work, my confidence increases and I enjoy the development I've seen.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
I've been able to develop my existing python skills, and have learnt how to use the different company software. I've also had the chance to work on various interpersonal skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
At the start of my program, I was introduced to a base structure of what to do in my first four weeks, which I was able to follow. Otherwise, my schedule has mainly been whatever work my manager has available for me.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
It's been made clear to me that I can ask my line manager and colleagues for any help that I need.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I've yet to start my qualification studies, but I have been in regular communication with my provider regarding the start of the programme
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
As I've yet to start my qualification studies, I cannot say.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There have been a number of social events that I've been invited to since I've started work. I've attended a few so far. Most of them revolve around drinking, but there are a few different ones such as football and board games.

Would you recommend WTW to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I've had a positive experience in my short time here, and I imagine that it'll be better as time goes on
