I am creating framework, processes for the Data exception team. I look at the flows that have errored in a system and raise incidents.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It has been harder than I thought in the programme to find mentor or work in a project .

the programme is structured but it is not very feasible for working apprenticeship. The company has taken very little involvement.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have got my study day sorted but apart from that the employer is not very involved.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training provider has been suporting but the APM Exam feedback sessions are not good, hence hard to clear exam.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Not much , the training provider is very therotical whereas the role is completely different.
