Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I assist varying members of my team with development appraisals, written reports, i get involved with client meetings and frequently go out on site visits
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am thoroughly enjoying the program, i have huge amounts of support from my team and I would therefore recommend an apprenticeship to anyone!
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my people skills and through Savills i have had networking training which has helped me to read business scenarios well
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think that the structure is well organized, but i think that there should be more scheduled meet ups in the London office to encourage all apprentices to keep in contact.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A huge amount of support is provided, i can ask anyone for help its is great fun to work in this team!
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

UCEM have been great at providing support where needed. It can feel slightly isolating as the course is all online but the positives are it is very flexible working to fit around my timings.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think UCEM are teaching me the meaning behind various aspects of the job. But i have learnt more from being in the working environment than University so far.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are lots of networking events available and we are encouraged to get out and meet people. There are several sports teams to join along with lots of charity events

Would you recommend Savills to a friend?
Yes
Why?
It is a great, social place to work. Everyone is hard working but its great to get to know colleagues better by socializing after work/ at events. There is great support from all members of the team and great advice is given to improve.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills?
Be yourself and be confident. Its great to get in touch with the team prior to your interview to put a name to a face. I think having some extra circular activities on your CV looks great to make you stand out.
