Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I work within the development team and day-to-day I carry out a lot of valuation work which involves putting together development and residual appraisals, in addition to helping out with instructions that are coming to the market.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying this scheme and I feel that it has helped me progress throughout my career already at such an early stage.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt many new skills since starting my apprenticeship. This varies from communication skills by involving myself in different networking events and also practical skills needed for the job when carrying out certain tasks such as residual and development appraisals.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
My programme is very well organised and structured. Any questions I had at the start of this programme were covered and answered thoroughly by colleagues and staff working at the University I am studying with.

5/5
I receive plenty of support from my employer. Whether it's for the work I do on a day-to-day basis or any university work I am struggling with.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
My training provider continues to give me plenty of support and they provide all of the materials needed in order for me to learn efficiently. Any questions that I have are answered clearly.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel that the work that I complete at university is relevant to the work that I conduct throughout my days in the office. This makes it easier for me to understand certain tasks and how they should be carried out.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are so many extra-curricular activities for me to get involved in at work, especially as an apprentice. There are several networking events that are held throughout the month, in addition to the sports teams and social activities available.
