Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

A variety of employees at HSF (including both trainees, senior associates, and partners) discussed their career at the firm. Workshops (including both ADR and technical skills) also took place, along with a social event of chocolate making.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

HSF provided both a virtual networking session and a virtual careers fair on Hopin, allowing us to go between "rooms" to discuss what a career at HSF could look like. The employees were all very open and approachable, and spoke fondly of the culture in the workplace.

Employees spoke very highly of their colleagues, emphasising that they felt that the culture was what distinguished HSF from other top firms.
