Everyday brings something different. From report writing to analysing financial reports to liaising with clients to attending site meetings/ inspections- Savills provides a vast amount of opportunities to adopt a client facing role and a highly involved member of a team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

10/10 experience both academically and within the workplace- my apprentice officer, colleagues and manager are so supportive making the programme so enjoyable.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My confidence in the industry and communicating with others has massively transformed since I began my time at Savills. Developing my organisational, analysis and teamwork skills has had such a positive impact on the work I do and made my job so enjoyable.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The layout of the academic modules are extremely organised making it easy to plan my workload and personal life.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer (especially my property management colleagues and manager) are extremely supportive. They trust my ability, provide me with independent roles and allow me to get involved in the opportunities I'd like to.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have quarterly meetings with my training provider and have a designated apprentice officer who is available at anytime if I was to have any queries. The module team are also available via email to query the content or feedback on assignments and they are extremely responsive.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The material I am taught through my training provider strengthens my knowledge in the workplace as I am able to apply the material learnt to my day to day role. My day to day role also helps me writing assignments as I'[m able to support my response with real life scenarios making it so much easier!
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Social and professional networking events are held regularly. I am able to communicate with other apprentices and graduates in the office as well as colleagues whom are more senior. This gives me a greater insight into the industry and the experience of others in different departments.
