I shadow and conduct all roles expected from an estate agent. Including viewings, Market appraisals, marketing and admin.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it a lot, sometimes there isn't enough work to do, but that comes with the dips in the market.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt how to market properties to the bets if their ability. Learnt to use new databases online.

there isn't enough communication between TACS, Head Office and my office.

I receive a lot of support from my employer, be it from Head Office or my office managers and colleagues.

I receive a lot of support, there is a detailed online system that helps with my learning.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like the training could be more relevant to my job role. The training teaches the legal side rather than how to practically do the job. All of which is important but i feel the training could match the progression in the office more.
