Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a graduate rotating across a number of residential teams within the company. Day to day my role is mostly office based but some working independently from home. The work itself is varied, some comparable searching, attending meetings, data analysis and recommendations as well as site visits where these are available,
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme a lot and find it varied and highly supportive

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new data collection and analysis skills, particularly focussing on excel and computer skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well organised with regular training updates, training days are organised for us and sent around when appropriate. There is also a wide array of CPD opportunities to understand more about the wider business and industry
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is supportive of my work and also the required training, joining review sessions where needed as well as allowing me the necessary 20% of the week off the job training
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
My training providers are supportive with providing a range of APC sessions to support my path towards qualification. They also offer regular appraisals to ensure I am on track
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification is not always 100% relevant to my role at present although it is helpful in the longer term
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are a range of sports teams, charity opportunities and networking events all available at work
