My role involves shadowing senior designers, helping alongside them to make pitch documents, completing internal presentations, and attending design and bid related meetings.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my apprenticeship as I'm surrounded by enthusiastic creative people who are always willing to learn and develop their skills.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Since joining my apprenticeship I have learnt how to use the different types of software within the creative cloud and how to create a bespoke designed document.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is well structured, I have a dedicated study day, monthly progress reviews and support for when I need assistance with my studies.

I receive constant one-to-one support from my manager and additional senior design buddies.
