Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
Each day is different but currently, I organize activations in store, check/create signage in store and review menus to ensure they comply with legislation.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
The culture at Fortnum's is great, everyone is willing to help and support you to develop your career.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I have also improved in: Excel skills, Organisation, ability to analyse data.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
In addition, at the end of each rotation we receive feedback on methods to improve.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
My managers in each department support me with my many questions. In addition, we have a HR manager who we communicate with for any questions about the apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
We are assigned a coach in which we have coaching sessions and progress reviews with.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
The culture is great at Fortnum's that it easy to build friendships with colleagues.
