I have now completed my first year and entered in the last 6 months of my apprenticeship. Fortnum & Mason has been a great place to do this, giving me a great opportunity to learn whilst applying the learning in real business situation.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It has given me a unique opportunity to learn in a structured manner whilst at the same time doing the job in real life situation.

The programme is really well organised and structured, with the right level of coach led sessions and self learning modules

Fortnum & Mason has been great to to compliment the training with additional in house courses on general business skilss, such as emotional inteligence, having difficult situation, how to exploit social media, etc.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Greatly, as it has given me an extended range of skills and techniques to use in my role as a BA

Yes, we have both team and larger business social events that offers also an opportunity to network with business coleaggues I do not directly work with

Why?
It is a great company to work for with great colleagues and althought it has been around for over 300 years, it is still evolving and offers great opportunities for a Digital Transformation professional
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fortnum & Mason?
Undertsand and embrace the brand. Do not hesitate to ask questions and help when needed as there is a great culture of hachieving together
