My role involves taking care of issues related to Retail and Commerce applications and working on the tech aspect of new projects.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am having some trouble with building my portfolio and the HR point of contact :: is kindly assisting me with getting the right support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The workshops in my case are very structured.
I get to do pre-workshop and then we have workshops. The pre-workshops help me develop the background of the skill before attending the workshops.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get the best support from my employer.
our HR point of contact is the best.
She has been super helpful with some concerns I had with my program and the support I was getting from the vendor.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I'm still in mid of my program, but the support i've had for the workshop was great.
I've been struggling a bit with the support from my coach specially around building the portfolio

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
