My role involves replenishing shelves, working towards giving great customer service, training new colleagues, supporting colleagues in day-to-day tasks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme very much. It has helped me further develop any or all existing skills. This has helped to expand my knowledge on areas that I thought I knew, e.g. merchandising products and financial sales. With these skills I can then pass them on to my other colleagues to help them expand their skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I feel that my programme is structured and organised very well. It is structured in a way that allows me to keep track of where I am and how I need to progress. The programme is organised in a way that I am able to find out all the information I need.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer as they are there to provide me with any information that I need when completing any work within my programme, e.g reducing sales and waste.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support as I able to be in constant contact with the coach I have been assigned so I can have all the information I need when working towards my qualification. The coach is all up to date with all the information so this can be passed along.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that my qualification helps me to perform better because I can use all the information that I have learned and put this into practical use when I am working on the shop floors. I can then use this when helping to train new colleagues so they can get the same level of knowledge.

Because I feel that this would help everyone who needs to expand their knowledge or whoever needs to work on developing their skills. This is the programme that will help them to do that.

Always read what is in front of you. Always read the information provided. If stuck, always ask for help, never be afraid to ask for help.
