To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme however I think in the future DIDAC need to have better access to work and provide you with a laptop in order to complete the course work on so that work does not get mixed up with course work.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed great customer service skills and good communication skills from interacting with customers each day.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is good however I feel like the work load needs to be organised properly and I feel like if the work needs to be saved properly as when one of my tutors left the company 6 assiangments got lost and he did not upload them.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive great support from managers which is helpful.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

now i have a better trainer it is much better as it is more organised however before it was ridiculous.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I learn more from the experience on the job than I do from my training provider however some of the courses that I do on communication and sales skills I found useful.
