Working in a warehouse picking and receiving orders. Helping tradesman find the items their looking for.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I appreciate that a job will never be entertaining 100% of the time but the staff are so friendly and the job is full on but also interesting.

I have learnt the importance of being punctual and communication between a team and how without it you workplace will fail and be ineffective.

My program is well structured i have work that i should complete week by week but also have a lady that helps me with my course work and helps/guides me on the things i need to who comes in monthly.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have received as much support as i have requested for and they are very good at listening to the questions and queries i have on the apprenticeship.
