Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day begins with sorting invoices from the day prior, checking reports and emails.
I then call my leads which are organised on the system we use. Following this, I will make marketing calls to our customer base; making them aware of our offers and building a relationship.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy the company, I like how involved I am with customers and the relationships built.
As for the apprenticeship programme, I enjoy how hands on the trainers are and how thorough the learning is.

My trainer is very organised and makes the apprenticeship smooth running. Our dates for face-to-face visits are schedules well and each assignment set is broken down to a manageable task
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is very supportive in different aspects of my role. He recognised where I need to improve so I can be the best possible and also makes time for my queries. As for the apprenticeship, he offers support with difficulties I have and world well with my trainer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My trainer is dedicated to help us success expectations. He offers advised and works through our assignment to ensure they are answered thoroughly.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think the qualification has allowed me to understand important legislation, such as Health & Safety in my job role and how to effectively deal with customers
