Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

In my day to day I am in charge of ensuring that customers and end users are welcomed into our depot as well as being served in a useful and efficient way, I ensure that the showroom is always clean and presentable as well as making sure to maintain a good relationship with our customers. I also have the opportunity to interact with other depots on a daily basis.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have never enjoyed a job roll more, I look forward to coming to work everyday as there is no day the same and always opportunity to learn or further develop new skills.

I am constantly supported, I am able to stay in contact with my training provider on a regular basis and know that if I have any questions or concerns I can confidently raise them with them.
