My role as an apprentice business developer involves me phoning and emailing customers to try and get them to trade with us.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy experiencing and learning new aspects of the company and working as an apprentice business developer it has also helped me gain confidence with customers.

i have advanced my skills in product knowledge and have learned a lot about kitchen and product sales.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

i have a well organised training programme with someone from jb management coming in every 4 months to help with my training and the depot staff here always helping me aswell.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

as said above i receive a lot of support from my employer and other members of staff to make me feel welcome in my apprenticeship and provide me with the correct training.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

my training provider offers a lot of support in my apprenticeship working towards my end qualifiction
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I wouldn't say it helps me preform better as the training provided is slightly different to my role in howdens although again it does help me gain confidence in dealing with the public
