Managing software development across 3/4 scrum teams in line with business project requirements. Managing a team of Solution managers and developers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The course covered a wide range of topics which brought together both management and leadership skills as a manager as well as managing a team. Course content was useful and able to put into practice in the working environment

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt a lot about managing people and teams and how to build strong teams whilst refreshing knowledge of some existing management skills.

The programme was well structured and flowed well through the topics

Employer was happy to support although trying to get time in the calendar to work on the apprenticeship without interruptions was difficult at times because of the role I have.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training provider wasn't as well organised as other courses I have completed with other providers but the course content was well structured enough that I managed with very little support from the provider.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification that I now have can be used in my role in day to day situations. It has helped identify strengths and weaknesses across the team and helps how projects are managed and worked through.
