To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme has been hard work but enjoyable and rewarding. I get a sense of accomplishment as I progress through the modules and it is helping to build my confidence.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured and organised. Information on the various stages is clearly set out with a clear timetable available.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The business has granted me the time I need to dedicate to this study, and my line manager has supported me to ensure that my time is protected. I have also been granted to access to any other tools and support as required.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Both my coach, and the individual lecturers for each workshop have been extremely helpful and supportive, providing good guidance and clear feedback. The platform provided for the apprenticeship is also easy to use and a great way of programming and monitoring progress.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am already seeing the benefits of the training in my role. I feel I have a greater sense of self awareness, a better understanding of team dynamics and how to shape, develop and support my team, and my leadership skills have improved.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, we have a very interactive and proactive sports and social club.

I am greatly enjoying my apprenticeship through Bud. The programme is clear, support and guidance has been excellent and there is a good mixture of learning opportunities including assignments and workshops.

Ensure you look at the apprenticeship options and choose the one most suited to your needs. Also ensure you have the time to commit to it so that you can enjoy the experience and benefit from it to its fullest extent.
