Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Providing secretariat support for all business management processes. Actively managing information and updating all governance correspondence. Providing support on the review of relevant SLA’s, Frameworks and internal documents whilst handling internal network bodies and stakeholders. Providing cross-cutting business support across a range of projects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy my program and my role. The tutors are great and very engaging! I have never had a dull session and can relate discussion points to my assignments which is helpful. Sometimes the amount of breakout rooms/breakout activities can be daunting as individuals are often quite shy and less eager to talk but still enjoy my sessions.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I've developed a wide range of skills and enhanced my own skillset through completing and supporting a range of different projects. From communicating with stakeholders, to writing for government to presenting/representing my organisation at events. I've gained confidence in my general administration skills but also in my organisational and time management abilities. I've managed to effectively prioritise and complete tasks within deadlines and deliver on projects effectively.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
its well organised and structured. Everything is accessible on a simple platform and the programme is structured in a way that's easy to follow - everything links well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I am well supported by my employer. My team and line manager are always pushing me to complete my apprenticeship hours and are encouraging me to take opportunities which can be used for my apprenticeship evidence, so very happy with the support from my employer!
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Lots. They are very helpful and are available for a chat whenever we need them!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel very confident that my qualification is supporting my abilities within my role. It has helped me to be aware of my role in the wider organisation and has helped me to develop awareness of skills and the importance of self-reflection, which is invaluable in the workplace. I can then apply my reflections and learning to my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Yes, there are often networking events within the office. There are also programmes which provide support with networking, which I am partaking in.
